Additional Service Details and Important Information

Service Timeframe:
All packages include a 2-hour service timeframe, but we’re flexible if you’d like extra time. Additional service hours are available for an added cost. Just let us know the details, and we’ll work with you to ensure everything goes according to plan!

Service Details:
We arrive 2 hours before your event to set up and get the fire going. Throughout the event, pizzas will be continuously cooked and replenished, served on wooden pizza peels for easy grabbing. We also provide friendly service staff, along with compostable plates, utensils, and napkins for a seamless experience. We offer a beverage station featuring your choice of two non-alcoholic options as well!

Travel Policy:
We’re happy to travel for your event! Our standard service area is within a 2-hour radius of Corvallis, OR. For events outside of this area, we charge a flat travel fee. Let us know the location, and we’ll provide the details!

Late Night Events:
We’d love to serve you late-night pizza! However, since driving late can be exhausting, if your event runs past 9:00 pm, there will be an additional charge to cover the extra time and travel.

Gluten-Free & Vegan Options:
We offer gluten-free crust for our pizzas, though please note that all pizzas are cooked on the same stone, so we can’t guarantee accommodation for severe gluten allergies. Vegan cheese is also available at no extra charge. Let us know if you have guests with dietary restrictions, and we’ll be happy to accommodate!

Truck & Space Requirements:
We operate two trailers to accommodate different event sizes:

• Larger Food Truck-Style Trailer (16.5' long, 6.5' wide, 9' tall): For larger events (over 150 guests), this trailer requires a space of about 20 feet long and 15 feet wide, with a 12-foot height clearance. This trailer provides ample space to prepare and serve pizza to a large crowd.

• Smaller Flatbed Trailer (12' long, 6' wide, 8' tall): Ideal for smaller gatherings, this trailer requires a space of about 18 feet long and 10 feet wide, with a 12-foot height clearance.

We also require a level parking area to safely set up. Power can be supplied via an electrical outlet, but we can also provide a generator if needed. Please let us know ahead of time if a generator is required.

Power Requirements:
We prefer to connect to a standard electrical outlet (110V) to power our equipment. However, if your event location doesn’t have an outlet available, we can bring our own generator to ensure we’re fully powered. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need us to bring the generator, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
