A rotating menu of fresh flavors, featuring savory sausage, caramelized onions, and ingredients inspired by each time of year.  

Winter: Sausage, roasted fennel, caramelized onions, and fresh rosemary 

Spring:  Sausage, asparagus, caramelized onions, and fresh thyme 

Summer: Sausage, grilled peaches, caramelized onions, and arugula

Fall: Sausage, delicata squash, caramelized onions, and sage
